President and Co founder of Sigmasight Crown Global Inc (Toronto) brings more than 30 years of international experience in top financial institutions, and later over 20 years in executive & board positions – SVP of Masgreq & UNB, deputy CEO of Ajman bank in Dubai, country head Qatar, spaning the Gulf, MENA region and the FarEast.
Mr. Tadros over his career was actively involved in many strategic initiatives and various regional teams from the World Bank, IMF, IFC, global corporate governance forum, and USAID…, hands-on Board expert & advisor with wealth of local & global insights involving state-of-the-art management practices for family businesses & private sector entrepreneurs (small & medium enterprises).
Through his assignments, Mr. Tadros has worked proactively and coordinated closely with top world class consultants/vendors, applying ‘best practices’, in areas such as; corporate governance, process re-engineering, change management, mergers & acquisitions, risk mapping, strategic market management, Branding & corporate identity / brand architecture and Performance management… These experts include; McKinsey, J P Morgan, First Manhattan (FMCG), Boston consulting group, Deloit, and Ernst&Young…, just to mention a few.
Mr. Tadros holds a masters degree in strategic business development management from Lincoln University (UK), and a post graduate degree from the Royal Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), member and a Chartered Marketer since 1996. Mr. Tadros is a certified entrepreneurial & business banking professional of the business Banking School of the Bank Administration Institute of USA. Of late, he became an active member of the Global Corporate Governance forum, certified corporate governance and board leadership advisor, by the world bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Attended, participated, and directed various workshops, conferences, and ’round table’ professional debates, in many top cities, on advanced business-related areas.
