Regional Vice President for Vaughan, RBC

As RBC’s Regional Vice President for Vaughan, King Township, Township of Caledon and New Tecumseth.  Rina Pillitteri is responsible for the Personal Banking, Small Business and Financial Planning segments in this market place. She leads a successful team of 300 staff members including, Branch Managers, Account Managers, and sales and service professionals through the implementation of strategic initiatives and pursuing market opportunities.  A key focus is partnership with a diverse team of experts under the RBC umbrella and a commitment to providing superior customer experience and financial advice.

Rina is currently the Chair, Board of Direct for Mackenzie Health Foundation and was previously Treasurer of the McMichael Art Gallery Foundation.

In her previous role as National Director for Small Business & Women’s Markets, Rina  led the implementation of national strategies for small business, working with a number of partners across the RBC network, domestically and globally.

Rina has been part of the RBC team for 30 years.  She has held numerous leadership positions in Retail Banking, Commercial Financial Services and National Office.

Rina’s educational background includes accreditations with the Institute of Canadian Bankers Fellowship Program, Canadian Securities Commission and Dalhousie University.

Rina’s community involvement and leadership is extensive and includes her receiving the 2012 Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal for Community Leadership and participation. She was also the recipient of the 2017 National Congress of Italian Canadians Ontario Spirit Award.

Rina lives in the town of Kleinburg in the city of Vaughan with her husband Sal and two children, Richard and Julia.
